14-day withdrawal right
For distance purchases, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the goods are received.

Returns
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right if the product has not been used and meets the return conditions.

The returned product and its packaging must remain in excellent visual and technical condition.
If the item has visible or functional damage, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos or a short description.
Return process and costs
Contact us by e-mail or phone, provide the order number, product name and the reason for return. The return address is agreed with the customer separately.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless applicable law provides otherwise. Bank or administrative charges may be deducted where legally permitted.
Refunds
After the withdrawal notice is received and the product is checked, the refund is processed within a reasonable time, usually no later than 14 days.
The refund is made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
When the withdrawal right may not apply
The withdrawal right may not apply if the product has been used after delivery, damaged, has substantial visual defects or the packaging has not been kept in proper condition.
