Payment
Orders are processed after product availability is checked. A manager contacts the customer by phone or e-mail, and payment is made only after confirmation.
At the moment, payment is available by bank transfer after invoice issuance. Please pay only after the manager confirms stock availability.
How ordering works
The customer selects products, enters contact details and submits the order.
A manager checks stock, confirms the order and sends the invoice by e-mail.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period if the product has not been used and remains in proper condition.
