These terms describe the use of the TonoShop online store, order placement, payment, delivery and customer rights.

The legally responsible seller is SIA FixLab.

Placing an order

The customer selects products, enters contact details and chooses a delivery method.

After the order is received, a manager checks availability and confirms the order by phone or e-mail.

Payment is made by bank transfer after invoice issuance.

The system may generate an invoice automatically, but it should only be paid after manager confirmation.

Pickup on site and Omniva parcel machine delivery are available.

Delivery time for most products is up to 10 business days.
